2.  ODE Model for Diffusion of injection drug in human blood 

Abstract:  Diffusion is one of several transport phenomena that occur in nature. Blood is a specialized bodily fluid in animals that delivers necessary substances such as nutrients and oxygen to the cells and transports metabolic waste products away from those same cells. Actually medicines taken in liquid or powder form are usually more fast acting than pills. Now the question with us, is, how these medicinal injection drugs dissolve in blood. In this paper,   a mathematical model for the diffusion of the injection drug in the blood in terms of concentration is proposed. The users will be able to calculate the concentration in a patient’s blood thereafter one can extend the calculation to find the amount of drug at its site of action.

3.  An Optimization of Fuzzy Inventory Model of a Vendor in a Supply Chain

Abstract: This article investigates an economic order quantity model of a vendor in supply chain management in a fuzzy situation by employing the type of fuzzy numbers which are triangular. The objective is to determine the optimal order lotsize to maximize the total profit. We first propose a model with a fuzzy fraction of lotsize q at retailer is defective due to transportation or pilferage or preservation system and in the second model with a fuzzy demand of customer per unit time and a fuzzy fraction of lotsize q at retailer is defective due to transportation or preservation system. For each case, we employ the signed distance, a ranking method for fuzzy numbers, to find the estimate of total profit per unit time in the fuzzy sense and then derive the corresponding optimal order cycle. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the results of proposed models.

5.  A Mathematical Model for Natural cooling of a cup of Tea

Abstract:  Here it is proposed the results of the simple experiment to measure the temperature at any time ‘t’ in a cup of hot tea. This activity offers several opportunities to explore mathematics. In this investigation, the following mathematical activities and concepts are applied: (i) theoretical principles modeled by mathematical expressions (ii) expressing empirical results in graphical form (iii) fitting theoretical predictions to measured data (iv) comparing the quality of the theoretical prediction with measure data.   Here we set our Ho, the null hypothesis as; there is no difference between the recorded values and theoretically calculated values.
